CountryRedneck Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the CountryRedneck program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement. CountryRedneck may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with CountryRedneck.
If any
modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the CountryRedneck program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.
NO NEW MEMBERS FROM CHINA ALLOWED!!
Responsibility of Members:
This program may have some Adult content. If you wish to receive Adult content there is a box in keywords. You must electronically sign and agree to the Adult rules.
You must be 21 years of age or older to participate in the Adult section of this program. We will be sending a email that has to be signed to either join or continue with our program. Our program is open to both US and able to read English & speaking International members and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name, address and email address in the sign up process and may not assume a false identity; abbreviations or gibberish will not be acceptable. You must have complete user information..this is for your own protection and to make sure no one uses your name but you. You may not sign up multiple times with different email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing CountryRedneck account.
You will use your user ID/password combination to access your account. It is your responsibility to keep this information confidential. We have privacy policies and will never give your information to anyone, ever. When necessary, you may change your password by logging into your account and following the "User Account Info" link. You are solely responsible for any and all use of your CountryRedneck account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with CountryRedneck. You agree to receive e-mail advertising and admin messages from CountryRedneck. In the event your email account on file becomes closed or blocked for 3 (three) or more days to messages
from our program your account will be terminated and you will forfeit all prior earnings. CountryRedneck, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail returned for accounts being full and auto-responses. We will NOT confirm our existence and/or legibility with your email host. no auoresponders!! accounts will be deleed!!
You may not transfer or sell your account or redemptions without prior permission. If you wish to transfer or sell your account or redemptions, you must ask permission before you do so. Whether permission will be given will depend on circumstances. Members who are found transferring or selling their accounts or redemptions without our prior permission will have their account terminated immediately forfeiting all earnings to date of termination. Members who have bought an account without prior permission given will also have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.
Due to many bouncing emails we may decide to not accept some mail addresses or to set those with bouncing mails to onsite only.
Link Errors:
At times we may send out a link that was for the wrong amount.
You understand that if this happens we reserve the right to do a
roll back on your account and deduct mistaken earnings from your account.
Cheat Links and Banners:
You understand that there will be a banner placed in the paid to click sections
and also in email ads clearly marked as a banner or ptc you should not click. If you click these links (3 or more)
or banners your account may be terminated without notice to you. If this happens your
account will not be restored and you will loose all earnings and referrals.
The usage of any email reading software is strictly prohibited. 15 or more bad turing clicks in a month is reason for your account to be deleted also.
Activity:
You may not redeem using your sign up bonus before you have been an active member for at least 30 days.
You must keep your account active by clicking at least five links every 20 days. Being active is reading emails and clicking the links they contain or clicking banners in the PTC area to visit advertisers websites. Accessing your account without any of these activities is not considered being active. In the event you have been inactive for 20 days or more(THIS INCLUDES FREE UPGRADED MEMBERS), your account will be terminated. Once an account is terminated it can not be restored. However, if you wish to do so you may sign up again (unless your account was terminated because of fraud). Being upgraded does not keep your account from being deleted if you click cheat links or too many bad turing numbers or are inactive for 45 days or more.
In case of an emergency you or someone acting for you may send a message to the Program Owner and request your account be put on hold temporarily. You will be asked to provide a valid reason. If you need to use a different computer than your own to contact the Program Owner, take care to send your message through the contact link on the front page. Do not log into your account to avoid accidently using another member's computer which will lead to termination of both your accounts.
You may set your account on vacation for a maximum of 30 days. Any account that has been set on vacation for 30 days will be deleted if it is not activated once 30 days have passed. You must be active within 5 days of the time a vacation period ends. Activating your account after a vacation and then setting your account on vacation again is not considered being active and will lead to termination of your account, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.
Please note that while your account is set on vacation or otherwise put on hold, you will not be eligible for a percentage of your referrals' earnings.
Fraud and Termination of Accounts:
Once an account is terminated it can not be restored. In case of suspected fraud we check, double check and triple check to be certain we have valid reasons for termination. So even if we were able to restore an account after termination we probably wouldn't.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by CountryRedneck be detected this will result in member account termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination as well.
Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
The use of any type of email reading or clicking software constitutes fraud. Members found to be using this type of software will have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.
Members hiding their identity by using abbreviations or gibberish will have their account terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination.
A former member whose account was terminated because of fraud may not sign up again.
Country Redneck reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time.
Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations" on your part,
we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account. And all downlines, advertising and or any and all privileges to this site terminated.
This is unless you are found to be violating any terms of the site and then there will be no payment made!
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by CountryRedneck. Members may earn by referring new members to the CountryRedneck program. Members will be paid via PayPal or Redemptions. CountryRedneck will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by CountryRedneck and after they mail admin to request payment. Payout request must be made by mailing the management through the contact page. Payments are limited to one payment request per calendar month. Payments will be made within 60 days or a reasonable amount of time thereafter. Before payment is issued the account will be checked for valid user information, system abuse and fraud. IN ORDER TO BE PAID 20% OF EARNINGS MUST BE FROM YOUR OWN EARNINGS NOT YOUR DOWNLINES, GAMES, CONTEST OR PRIZES, AFFILIATES PAGES OR PTP. AT LEAST 30% OF YOUR EARNING MUST BE FROM PAID EMAILS NOT PTC'S. ANYONE FOUND TO BE CLICKING ONLY PTC'S WILL BE DELETED. THIS IS A PAID TO READ SITE!!
You may not "save up" for payouts, requests will be only paid for the amount your payout level is..if your payout level is $10.00 you will not be paid more than $10.00 at one time. Only one request per month may be made.
Relationship of the Parties:
You and CountryRedneck are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and CountryRedneck. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of CountryRedneck. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
CountryRedneck will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or CountryRedneck program, even if CountryRedneck has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, CountryRedneck aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.
Term Notes:
To All Members:
Anyone found to only be doing clicking of banners and not reading emails will be deleted...this is a paid to read site and not a paid to click. At least 30% of your earnings must be in paid emails, to be paid. If deleted no payouts will be made.
Accounts for payouts must be the members own accounts if anyone is found to be using a acount for someone other than themselves or from another country will be deleted.
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings or any other method of mass communication. Any member caught spamming will not only have their account with CountryRedneck terminated immediately, forfeiting all earnings to date of termination, but will also be held liable for all damages caused directly and/or indirectly. Spamming is a federal crime. We will cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from spamming.
Reading The Terms:
Not having read or not knowing what the terms said is not acceptable policy. It is your responsibility to read the terms of the site and know what they are. Any changes to the terms will be sent to members via emails. any questions concerning the terms may be sent to the management via the contact page.
